(as in this graphic) with the blue ocean covering the complete Taiwan Strait,
Then the "white graphic" (which serves as a separator) could gradually come into focus,
and could wiggle a little bit

such as the arrows slightly coming apart, and then comimg back together,
to give the impression of some "conflict" here . . . . .
