In accordance with Department of Defense Directive 5505.06, "Investigation of Allegations Against Senior Officials of the Department of Defense," your complaint was forwarded to our Directorate for Investigations of Senior Officials (ISO) for preliminary analysis.

The ISO reviewed your allegations and found insufficient basis to initiate an inquiry.
